Thank you for making this video. I hope it didnt deter you from having other Providers like Physician Assistants on. The feedback is as expected. We are all needed. Many are just egotistic and all for self preservation. When their self worth comes from a titled achievement then I can see how they think the way they think. Nurses are not Physicians and Physicians are not Nurses. Mid level providers are so neeeded. ...Nurses and so many other health care personnels are so crucial. Some Doctors dont have a clue about all it takes and thats ok because their position is so crucial and they have to know sooo much. Nurses, case managers, all the therapists, social worker, administrative staff, assistants etc take care of everything else and its alot. On top of that, Physicians now need help with the demand of patient care. Midlevel providers like PA and NP' s fill many gaps. Lets be appreciative of each other and if you have a concern aim to conduct research to fix it, not discredit the whole operation .

Hi my name is aakash. Going through metastasis cancer treatment. Can someone please guide me about the following protocol, should I take this or not. Fenbendazole: 222 mg per day (three days on, four days off). Curcumin: 600 mg daily. CBD oil: 25 mg per day (full-spectrum). Vitamin E (tocotrienol): 400-800 mg per day. Milk thistle. Currently I am in my 3rd chemo out of 6, plus I am in a Ketto diet & taking hemo him. I also follow Dr. Seyfried videos. Please help & share your wisdom.🙏

I am glad she has a great work life balance. But the burnout happens more with FM physicians who are seeing 36 or more patient hours. FM physicians who are only in clinic 2 to 3 days a week definitely fare better. Most of these docs will still check messages, fill prescriptions, check emails, finish charts when not in the office so it can be done at a more leisurely pace compared to a doctor who is seeing patients 5 days a week. In addition, working 2 days a week means fewer patients so there are less messages, prescriptions, charts to do. It's important to paint a realistic picture if discussing a good work to life balance in Family Medicine. While I am happy for her, this is not realistic when discussing the high burn-out in Family Medicine. It is also not the case that everyone can afford to work part-time. I'm glad that this is working for her.

Pharmacy training in the US is O.T.T. 8 years of degrees for something that takes 4 years undergrad overseas? Geez!

John’s first year at MCG, now AUMC, was when I was a freshman medical student in 1977. We adored him, a tremendous lecturer and educator. I had the privilege and pleasure of working with him over the years as an intern, resident, fellow faculty member then ending up doing my ID fellowship from ‘86 till ‘88. I was fortunate to work with a number of great ID clinicians, MaryJo Carter, Peter Rissing, Bill Chew, Brian Cato, Malkanthie DeSilva and Cheryl Newman. I have never regretted my choice of speciality. The flea’s flea as we were known. I love this. So many great memories
